Dottie Treat, 77, of Mountain Home Died

Dottie Treat, age 77, of Mountain Home, died April 15 in the Baxter General Hospital in Mountain Home. She had been a resident of Mountain Home approximately 14 years and at the time of death was living in Baxter Manor.

She was born in Stone County near Big Flat, October 12, 1902. She was a daughter of the late Green and Martha (Sutterfield) Treat.

Survivors include several nephews and nieces.

Services were April 21 in the Round Mountain Church in Stone County, Rev. Gary Fletcher officiating. Interment was in Freeman Cemetery in Stone County, with North Arkansas Funeral Home of Marshall in charge of arrangements.

Casketbearers were Robert Treat, Billy Long, Allen Wallis, J.C. Jones, Jimmy Tilley, Eldridge Vickers and Jimmy Treat.
