     Darthur Lee Thompson was born on 16 July 1908 at Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He was the son of Allie Fields Thompson and Martha Ann "Mattie" Faddis. Darthur Lee Thompson married Ida Lenora Enlow on 28 November 1928 at Qualls, Cherokee County, Oklahoma. Darthur Lee Thompson died on 21 May 1987 at Holdernville, Oklahoma, at age 78. He was buried in May 1987 at Thompson Family Cemetery, Huntsville, Madison County, Arkansas.

Darther Lee Thompson, 78, of Huntsville died May 21 at Huntsville Memorial Hospital. He was born July 16, 1908, in Whoron, Ark, the son of Allie Fields and Martha Ann Faddis Thompson. He was a farmer, a member of the Harmony Baptist Church and the widower of Ida Lenora Enlow Thompson, who died in 1983.

Survivors include five sons, Eual Thompson, Lee Roy Thompson, Bobby Ray Thompson and John Henry Thompson, all of Huntsville, and Frankie Dean Thompson of Springdale; two daughters, Betty Ledbetter and Wilma Ledbetter, both of Huntsville; his mother, Martha Thompson of Huntsville; five brothers, Eual Thompson of Tahlequah, Okla., Jewell Thompson of Fort Gibson, Okla., Milton Thompson and Alfred Thompson, both of Huntsville, and Olen Thompson of Kamas, Utah; three sisters, Vivian Ballew of Tahlequah, Reva Winner and Lillian Cookson, both of Huntsville; 19 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Brashears Funeral home of Hunstville with the Rev. Harold Duvall officiating. Burial will be in Thompson Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Joe Frank Thompson, Danny Ledbetter, Grant Thompson, Gary Thompson, Larry Thompson, Ronnie Thompson, Bobby Wayne Thompson, Tim Thompson and Phillip Thompson.

Funeral services for Leon B. Thompson, 58, who died June 11, were conducted in the Calvary Faith Pentecostal Church in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, Thursday afternoon, June 14.

Thompson was born July 16, 1920, the son of A.F. and Martha Thompson. He was a retired lumberman and rancher and was married to the former Darlene Ford on May 22, 1942, in Huntsville. He attended school in the Tahlequah school system and was a Fort Gibson resident for more than 38 years. He was a member of Calvary Faith Pentecostal church.

Survivors include his wife, Darlene Thompson of the home; one son, Richard Thompson of Checotalh; one daughter, Mrs. Charles (Sharon Kaye) Whorton of Fort Gibson; his parents, Mrs. and Mrs. A.F. Thompson of Huntsville; six brothers, D.L., Euel, Milton and Alfred, all of Huntsville; Jerel of Fort Gibson, and Olen of Utah; three sisters, Mrs. Billy (Vivian) Ballew of Tahlequah, Mrs. R.B. (Lillian) Cookson of Long Beach, Calif., and Mrs. Robert (Reva) Winner of Downey, Calif., and three grandchildren.

Allie Fields Thompson, 100, of Rt. 4, Box 61, Huntsville, died November 7, 1984 at Meadowview Lodge. He was born June 5, 1884 at Austin, Texas, the son of William Alfred and Ireva Waggonner Thompson. He was a farmer and a lumberman, a member of the Cookston United Methodist Church and the A.T.A. Lodge at Cookston, Oklahoma.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Martha Faddis Thompson of the home; six sons, D.L. Thompson, Milton Thompson and Alfred Thompson, all of Huntsville, Euel Thompson of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Gerald Thompson of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma and Olen Thompson of Kamas, Utah; three daughters, Mrs. Vivian Ballew of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Mrs. Lillian Cookson of Denver, Colorado and Mrs. Irene Winner of Downey, California; thirty-two grandchildren; sixty-nine great-grandchildren; and nineteen great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Saturday, November 10, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Rev. Harold Duvall officiating. Interment was in the Thompson Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were grandsons.

Mrs. Martha Ann Thompson, 101, of Rt. 4, Huntsville, Ark., died March 30, 1991, at Huntsville Memorial Hospital. She was born Nov. 13, 1889, at Whorton Creek, Ark., the daughter of Franklin Pierce and Sarah Alice Burke Faddis. She was a homemaker and a Methodist. She was the widow of Allie Fields Thompson, who preceded her in death on Nov. 7, 1984. She was also preceded in death by three sons, Elmer Thompson, D.L. Thompson and Leon Thompson and by one daughter, Norma Jean Thompson.

Survivors include five sons, Euel Thompson, Milton Thompson and Alfred Thompson, all of Huntsville, Juel Thompson of Fort Gibson, Okla., and Olen Thompson of Kamas, Utah; three daughters, Mrs. Lillian Cookson and Mrs. Ireva Winner, both of Huntsville, and Mrs. Vivian Ballew of Tahlequah, Okla.; one brother, William Faddis of Sand Springs, Okla.; 35 grandchildren; 88 great-grandchildren; and 44 great-great-grandchildren.

Services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 1, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with the Rev. Harold DuVall officiating. Interment was in the Thompson Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.
