The photo caption mentions ten children raised by Frederick and Millie but there would also have been Frederick's two children from his first wife, Mary Polly Shofner, Andrew Jess and Mary Catherine.
This is the old Keck house (Photo taken in 1990) where Frederick Keck and Millie Driver raised 10 kids.
