Kige Keck, 80, of Route 3, Huntsville died Friday in the Madison County Hospital. A lifetime resident of the county, he was born at Witter Nov. 16, 1883, the son of John and Catherine Keck. He had lived on Route 3, Huntsville, and also at Witter, moving back to his farm on Route 3 several years ago.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Golda Keck of the home; a son, J. C. Keck of Purdy, Mo; a daughter, Mrs. Muriel James of Vinita, Okla; a sister, Mrs. Ida Dennis of La Grande, Oregon; one granddaughter, Mrs. Wynema Brock of Puyallup, Wash., and three great-grandsons.

Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Rev. Cecil Garrison of Springdale, conducting. Burial was in the Alabam cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were: Hoy Haught, Taylor Hubbard, Lester Keck, Keith Whorton, Glynn Dillahunty and Dotson Collins.
