     Mrytle Stansell was born on 10 September 1924 at Marble, Madison, Arkansas. She was the daughter of William Jess Stansell and Elsie Elizabeth Horine. Mrytle Stansell died on 19 October 1997 at Caldwell, Canyon, Idaho, at age 73. She was buried in October 1997 at Canyon Hill Cemetery, Caldwell, Canyon, Idaho.

Services for Elsie F. Stansell, 68, of Route 6, Caldwell, Idaho, who died Wednesday, August 2, of natural causes at her home, were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Dakan Funeral Chapel in Caldwell by the Rev. R. E. Gillatt of the Assembly of God Church. Interment was in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.

She was born May 27, 1904, at Marble, Ark. She grew up here and married William J. Stansell at Marble, on Oct. 31, 1923. They lived in Arkansas and moved to Idaho in 1952 and settled in the Sunny Slope area in 1953.

She was a member of the Baptist Church in Arkansas.

Survivors include her husband, a son, James D. Stansell, Caldwell; three daughters, Mrytle Foster, Parma, Fay Smith, Springdale, Ark., and Virgie Simms of Caldwell; two sisters, Essie Derie, Fruitland and Carrie Bolinger, Springdale; three brothers, Walter Horine, Springdale, Woodrow Horine, Huntsville, Ark. and Noble Horine, Visalia, Calif.; 21 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
